How our fees work
You pay when someone joins. Not before.
No subscription, no listing charge, no software licence, no seat fee. One recruitment fee per engagement, agreed in writing before we start the search.
A share of the first-year CTC
Permanent hiring is charged as a percentage of the candidate's first-year CTC, set per engagement. Contract staffing is a monthly markup on the salary you approve. Bulk hiring is a fixed fee per hire.
The percentage depends on the role, the seniority, the volume, the city and how fast you need it. We put the number in writing after the requirement call, never on a web page.
Invoiced after the joining
Our invoice goes out once the candidate has actually joined, with GST and your GSTIN on it, on the payment terms we agreed before the search began.
Search work, screening, interview coordination, salary benchmarking and the shortlist itself cost you nothing on the way there.
A replacement window in writing
If a placed candidate leaves inside the window we agreed, we run the search again and place a replacement, at no further fee.
The length of the window is part of the same engagement letter, so it is settled before anyone starts work. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Who never pays us anything
- Job seekers. Not a registration fee, a deposit, a training kit or a placement charge. Ever.
- Partner training institutes. Listing courses and having your students placed is free, and it is not exclusive.
- Recruitment partners. Independent recruiters take a share of the fee, they do not pay one.

Yes. For employer engagements, GST is charged as applicable on our invoice. Share your GSTIN before billing and we print it on the invoice so you can claim input credit where you are eligible.
