Report a suspicious messageA registration fee
Not at sign-up, not at shortlisting, not on the offer letter. Candidates pay us nothing at any stage.
A deposit or a security amount
Nobody from WorkKar will ask you to transfer money to hold a seat, a shift or an interview slot.
A training kit charge
Partner institutes charge their own students their own course fees. WorkKar takes no cut and sells no kit.
Your OTP, UPI PIN or CVV

Yes, at every stage. Registering, applying, help with your résumé and every course listing cost you nothing. WorkKar is paid by the employer, as a recruitment fee, and only after a candidate joins. If anyone asks you for money in our name, it is not us.
No. The résumé field is optional. Freshers and people changing trade often do not have one worth sending, so our recruiters build it with you over a call, free. If you do have one, attaching it saves a conversation.
Our own consultants, working in WorkKar's applicant tracking system. Your profile goes to an employer only when you apply to their role or tell us you are happy to be put forward for it. You can ask us to delete everything by writing to info@workkarglobal.com, and we explain the rest in the privacy policy.
Nothing. Registering starts a conversation. Our fee is a percentage of the candidate's first year CTC, agreed in writing for each engagement before we start the search, and invoiced after the person joins. There is no subscription and nothing to buy up front. The principles are set out on how our fees work.
Not through this form. Independent recruiters and small agencies join our partner network instead, working on WorkKar mandates and sharing the placement fee. How that works, and how to apply, is on Partner with WorkKar.
The form is in English for now, but the call is not. Our consultants speak Marathi, Hindi and English, so write what you can here and say the rest on the phone. A WhatsApp message in any of the three reaches us just as well.
