Legal and trust
WorkKar Global does not sell goods and ships nothing. What we deliver is recruitment work: a shortlist of screened candidates, the interviews coordinated around it, verification reports and support until the person joins. This page sets out what arrives, how, and how quickly.
Draft for review. Final wording to be confirmed by the client's legal adviser before launch.
Banks and payment gateways ask every Indian business that accepts a payment online to publish a delivery policy. Most of those policies are written for parcels. WorkKar Global LLP ("WorkKar Global", "we", "us") is a recruitment and staffing firm, so this one is written for a service.
It applies to every recruitment engagement we run: permanent hiring, contract and temporary staffing, bulk and volume hiring, executive search, campus drives and recruitment process outsourcing, across IT, Non-IT, Pharmacy, Engineering, Healthcare and more.
Money is dealt with separately in the refund and cancellation policy, and your use of this website is governed by the terms of use. Each engagement also has its own engagement letter, and where the engagement letter states different timelines, those are the ones that bind us.
To state it as plainly as a payment gateway needs it stated:
WorkKar Global LLP does not sell, dispatch or ship any physical goods. No shipping, packing, handling, courier or delivery fee is charged on any engagement, and no such fee is ever added to an invoice. The amount on the invoice, including GST, is the amount we charge.
There is no carton, no consignment number to track, no delivery partner to chase and no delivery address to confirm beyond the billing address on your GST invoice. Everything we produce is delivered electronically, and one or two things, such as a campus drive, are delivered in person by our own team.
An engagement produces work, not a product. Over the life of a mandate you receive:
Our recruiters do the work, our system keeps the record
Every mandate runs inside the applicant tracking system WorkKar's own team works in, with AI-assisted matching and ranking to order the long list. That system is how we work, not something we sell you. What reaches you is the shortlist it helped produce, and a recruiter who can defend every name on it.
Delivery happens through three channels at once, so nothing depends on a single inbox.
Delivery is made to the people named in your engagement letter. We do not send a shortlist to a third party on request, because candidates consented to be considered by your organisation and no one else.
The clock starts when the last of the three things in section 6 reaches us, not when the first conversation happens. Working days are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, and bank holidays in Maharashtra are not working days.
| Engagement | First thing you receive | Typical timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Permanent hiring, standard role | First shortlist of screened profiles | 3 to 5 working days |
| Fresher and entry-level roles in and around Nashik | First batch of screened profiles | 2 to 4 working days |
| Niche or hard-to-find skills | First shortlist, with a market read on what is actually available | 7 to 12 working days |
| Executive search and leadership roles | Market map first, then a calibrated shortlist | Map in 7 working days, shortlist in 15 to 21 |
| Bulk and volume hiring | First batch, then rolling batches until the headcount is closed | First batch in 5 working days, batches weekly after that |
| Contract and temporary staffing | Deployable profiles, with availability confirmed | 3 to 7 working days |
| Campus drive | Drive plan, institute confirmation and the slot calendar | Agreed at least 10 working days before the drive date |
| Interview coordination | Slots proposed and confirmed with the candidate | Within 1 working day of your availability |
| Interview feedback summary | Written note per candidate per round | Within 1 working day of the round |
| Background verification, identity | PDF report on the candidate record and by email | Usually the same working day |
| Background verification, reference | PDF report per reference contacted | 2 to 4 working days |
| Background verification, education and employment | PDF report per institution or employer checked | 3 to 7 working days |
| Background verification, address | PDF report with the field-visit outcome | 5 to 7 working days |
| GST invoice | PDF by email, on the terms in the engagement letter | Within 1 working day of the joining confirmation |
These are the timelines we work to on an ordinary mandate. Your engagement letter may set different ones for your roles, and those are the ones that bind us.
A shortlist is not a stack of résumés
We could send twenty profiles on day one by searching a database and forwarding whatever matched on keywords. We do not, because that moves the screening work onto your team. A first shortlist is small, spoken to, salary-checked and notice-checked, which is what takes the three to five days.
Three things have to be in our hands before delivery starts, and the timelines in section 5 run from the last of them:
During the mandate we also need feedback on each shortlist within 2 working days. Candidates in this market hold two or three live conversations at a time, and a shortlist that goes unanswered for a week is a shortlist that has already accepted elsewhere. Where feedback is delayed, our delivery timelines pause for the same number of days and we say so in writing rather than letting it slide quietly.
Our desk is in Indira Nagar, Nashik. We recruit for employers across India and the whole search is coordinated remotely, so there is no city list and no pin code restriction on any of it.
All invoices are in Indian rupees, raised by WorkKar Global LLP with GST charged at the rate in force.
WorkKar Global LLP does not currently recruit for jobs outside India and does not sell overseas placement services. Any overseas offer made in our name is not ours. Read the fraud alert if you have received one.
Searches run late sometimes. A compensation band turns out to be below the market, a niche skill has four people in the region and three are not moving, or a verification partner is waiting on a university that answers once a week.
What we commit to is this. You hear about a delay before the deadline, not after it, with the reason, what we are doing about it and a revised date. Silence is the one thing we will not do.
If something you paid for has not arrived at all, for example a verification report on an invoice you have already settled, tell us and we will either deliver it or refund it. We do not keep money for work that did not happen.
Candidates receive a service too, and it is free, for ever. Applying through this site, being screened, being put forward, being coached before an interview and being helped to a joining date cost a candidate nothing. WorkKar Global never charges a job seeker, so no part of this policy creates a payment or a delivery obligation towards a candidate.
What a candidate can expect is a reply. If your profile fits a live mandate a recruiter calls you, usually within 2 working days of applying. If it does not, your profile stays in our database for future roles, and you can ask us to delete it at any time under the privacy policy.
Partner training institutes list their courses on this site free of charge. Nothing is sold to them and nothing is delivered to them under this policy beyond the listing itself and our help placing their students.
We may update this policy when our services change, when a verification partner changes, or when the law requires it. The version number and effective date at the top of this page always reflect the current text. Where a change materially affects a mandate already running, we write to the client at least 15 days before it takes effect, and the engagement letter continues to govern that mandate in any case.
Delivery questions reach a person, not a queue. For anything about a live mandate, write to info@workkarglobal.com with the role name, or call your consultant. For anything unresolved, the escalation route is the Grievance Officer.
