Partner network

Work our mandates. Share the fee.

WorkKar Global works with independent recruiters and small staffing agencies across Maharashtra. You source and submit. We run the client, the screening and the invoice. The placement fee is shared the way the partner agreement says.

  • No joining fee
  • Written partner agreement
  • One named coordinator
  • Nashik desk, mandates across Maharashtra

Nothing on this page is for sale. There is no seat licence, no subscription and no software to buy. WorkKar is paid by the employer when someone joins, and a partner earns an agreed share of that fee. If anyone asks you to pay to become a WorkKar partner, it is not us.

A recruiter wearing a headset speaking to a candidate at her workstation in a bright office New mandate: QA Chemist, Sinnar Your profile moved to Interview Coordinator: brief sent, band included

Who this is for

Small desks that place well, and want more worth working on

Most partners we talk to are between one and ten people. They know a city, an industry or a single skill better than a large firm ever will, and they lose time to briefs that were never real.

Apply to partner

Independent recruiters

You work on your own, your phone is full of candidates in one industry, and you want briefs that are worth a call.

Typical fit: three to fifteen years on a desk, one or two industries, no back office.

Boutique staffing agencies

Two to ten recruiters, your own client list, and sourcing capacity left over in the second half of the month.

Typical fit: a registered firm, a small team, and mandates that come in waves.

Freelance sourcers

You find and screen people well, and you would rather not handle clients, interview scheduling, offers or invoices.

Typical fit: strong sourcing, part-time hours, no interest in running an agency.

Domain specialists

Pharma quality, CNC and tooling, nursing, BFSI sales, embedded firmware. Depth is what closes our harder mandates.

Typical fit: one narrow field you know better than the client's own HR team.

  • Remote roles, all India

Most of our mandates sit in Maharashtra, and the desk in Nashik knows those plants and parks first hand. Partners outside the state are welcome to apply for remote and all-India roles.

This is not for you if you charge candidates, you work from scraped or bought databases, or you are looking for software to run your own agency on. Those three answers end the conversation, every time.

How it works

Six steps from apply to paid

The same six steps run on every mandate, whether it is one nurse in Nashik or twelve operators in Satpur. Nothing about the order changes once you are in.

  1. Apply and get verified

Send the form at the bottom of this page. We check your firm details, PAN or GST where it applies, and talk through the industries you actually place in. Verification is a conversation, not an email reply.

    One to three working days
  2. Get live mandates with a real brief

You receive mandates that suit your desk, each with the role, client type, location, experience range, salary band, interview stages and the closing date. No blind forwards and no guessing at the budget.

    A brief, not a forward
  3. Submit through your coordinator

Every partner has one named WorkKar coordinator. Profiles reach them with the candidate's consent, notice period and availability stated. No portal login to learn and no direct mail to the client.

    One person to talk to
  1. We run screening and the client

Our recruiters re-screen, arrange the interviews, chase feedback, handle the offer conversation and keep the client informed. Background verification runs before the offer. You keep sourcing.

    We carry the client
  2. The candidate joins

The client confirms the joining date in writing. The placement is recorded against your submission, together with the date the replacement window on that role closes.

    Joining confirmed
  3. The fee is shared as agreed

WorkKar invoices the client. Once the client has settled that invoice and the replacement window has passed, your share is released on the terms set out in the partner agreement, with a statement.

    Paid on settlement

One rule runs through all six steps. The candidate never pays anything, to you or to us. A partner who takes money from a candidate is removed from the network the same day, and the client is told why.

Read the fraud alert

The split of work

You bring the candidates. We carry everything after that.

A partnership only works when both lists are written down. Here is ours, and here is what we will hold you to.

What WorkKar provides

The client side of the mandate, start to finish.

  • Live mandates across IT, Non-IT, Pharmacy, Engineering and Healthcare, plus BFSI, logistics and FMCG roles as they come in.
  • A written brief for every role: responsibilities, must-have skills, qualification, salary band, shift, location, interview stages and the date the client wants to close.
  • A named coordinator who answers on WhatsApp and email through working hours, and tells you the same day when a lane is closed.
  • Client coordination: interview scheduling, feedback chasing, the offer conversation and joining follow-up.
  • Background verification on the shortlisted candidate before the offer goes out, so a joining does not collapse in week two.
  • Invoicing and payment follow-up with the client, and a written payout statement for every placement of yours.
  • Replacement support if the candidate leaves inside the agreed window, run by our recruiters with your help.

Not included: access to our internal systems. The applicant tracking system, resume search and verification tools are used by WorkKar consultants only.

What we need from you

Quality of submission, and honesty about it.

  • Submissions that match the brief, not the keyword. Three right profiles beat thirty forwarded ones, and the client notices which you sent.
  • Candidate ownership: profiles you sourced yourself, with the candidate's clear consent to be represented for that role.
  • No duplicate submissions and nothing lifted from a scraped, bought or borrowed database. We check, and a match ends the partnership.
  • Honest numbers: real notice period, real current and expected salary, real location and shift constraints, stated before the interview.
  • A candidate who turns up, briefed on the client, the role and the round, and reachable on the day.
  • Nothing charged to the candidate, at any stage, in any form, under any name.
  • Same-day word to your coordinator when a candidate drops out, goes quiet or accepts elsewhere.

What you keep: your own clients, your own brand and your own candidates. This partnership is not exclusive and does not ask you to stop anything you already do.

Mandate board

The shape of a mandate before you say yes

This is what a brief looks like in summary. Live mandates carry the client name, the full brief, the salary band and the fee terms, and they go only to verified partners.

Mandates are matched, not broadcast. You receive the ones that fit the industries and cities on your partner profile. If a brief is not right for your desk, say so and your coordinator stops sending that kind.

Apply to partner

Revenue share

An agreed share of the fee, written down before you start

We do not publish a percentage, because there is not one number. The share depends on the mandate, the industry and how much of the work sits on your side. Whatever we agree goes into the partner agreement in writing, before a single brief reaches you.

Per mandate, in writing

The share is fixed for each mandate before you start work on it. It is never renegotiated after a joining, and it is never decided over a phone call alone.

A share of the placement fee

Your payout is an agreed percentage of the recruitment fee the client pays WorkKar for that placement. There is no second pot, and nothing is deducted that the agreement does not name.

Paid after the client settles

Your share is released once the client has settled the invoice for that placement and the replacement window on it has passed. We do not pay out of a joining that may still reverse.

One statement per placement

Every payout carries a statement naming the candidate, the client, the joining date and the calculation. Taxes and deductions are handled exactly as the agreement sets out.

From submission to payout

  1. Step 1You submit through your coordinator
  2. Step 2Client interviews and selects
  3. Step 3Offer accepted, joining date fixed
  4. Step 4Candidate joins and the client confirms
  5. Step 5Client settles the WorkKar invoice
  6. Step 6Replacement window passes, your share is released

No figures appear anywhere on this page, on purpose. A percentage printed on a website would be wrong for half the mandates we run. Ask on the verification call and the numbers come to you in writing, with the agreement. There is no joining fee, no subscription and no per-seat charge at any stage.

Conduct

Three rules we do not bend

Everything else is a conversation. These three are in the partner agreement, and breaking one ends the partnership rather than starting a warning process.

Never charge a candidate

Not a registration fee, not a security deposit, not a training kit, not a "processing charge", not a cut of the first salary, not cash for a faster interview slot. Not under your name, not under ours, not through a third person.

WorkKar is paid by the employer when someone joins. That is the only money in this business, and your share comes out of it. A partner who takes money from a candidate is removed from the network the same day, the client is informed, and the candidate is helped to recover what was taken.

Immediate removal

Keep the mandate confidential

Client names, salary bands, headcount plans and briefs stay between you, your coordinator and the candidate you are representing. Nothing goes into a WhatsApp group, a job board post or a public listing without written permission.

Breach ends the agreement

No direct approach to our clients

If you met a company through a WorkKar mandate, you do not pitch it directly for the period named in the agreement. Clients you already worked with before joining the network are yours, and we record them at sign-up so there is no argument later.

Breach ends the agreement
  • Represent the role accurately. Say the shift, the location and the band as written. A candidate who finds out on day one stops trusting all of us.
  • Protect candidate data. Share a profile only for the mandate it was collected for, and delete what you no longer need.
  • Use the WorkKar name carefully. Describe yourself as a recruitment partner, never as WorkKar Global itself, and never on a letterhead or invoice.
  • Do not forward a profile to a candidate's current employer. Check the do-not-send list on the brief before you submit.

If a candidate is asked for money in our name, tell us and tell them. Write to info@workkarglobal.com or call +91 73873 63472. The full terms for partners sit in our terms of use.

Read the terms

In a partner's words

One coordinator, one agreement, no surprises

We are a young firm in Nashik, so we would rather show you how the partnership is set up than quote numbers we cannot prove.

See the six steps
I place pharma quality people in Nashik and nothing else. The briefs I get are in that band, so I stop wasting a week on roles that were never mine. The share was agreed before I started, and the statement matched it.

FAQ

What recruiters ask us first

If your question is not here, call the desk on +91 73873 63472 or send a message on WhatsApp. You will speak to a person, not a form.

Apply to partner

The candidate is yours. You sourced the profile and you keep the relationship. WorkKar records the submission against your partner account so the placement and the fee share are attributed to you, and we do not put that candidate in front of another client without telling you first. If the candidate later applies to us directly, on their own, we will say so rather than quietly reassign them.

Apply

Tell us about your desk. We will call you.

Ten fields, most of them one tap. A partner call takes about twenty minutes and covers the industries you place in, how you source, and what the share looks like for that kind of mandate.

After you apply

Four steps, no waiting room.

  1. We read it within one working dayBhushan or Manjushri reads every application. There is no screening bot in between.
  2. A twenty minute callYour industries, your cities, how you source, and the mandates we have open that match.
  3. VerificationFirm details, PAN or GST where it applies, and two references from people you have placed with.
  4. Agreement, then briefsThe partner agreement sets the share, the attribution window and the payout terms. Briefs start after it is signed.
