Every student who finishes a listed course can create a free profile on our job portal. From there they are in the same pool our consultants search when an employer in Nashik, Pune or Aurangabad sends us a requirement. We call the ones who fit, prepare them for the interview and put them forward, at no cost to the student or to you.

A certificate in a folder at home convinces nobody. A student can add the certificate your institute issued to their WorkKar profile, where a consultant sees it during shortlisting and an employer sees it on the submission. Partner certificates carry a reference our desk can check against your records before we send a profile out.

We want to be plain about this, because several platforms in India are not. Listing your courses costs nothing. Keeping them listed costs nothing. We take no percentage of the fees your students pay you, we do not sell you software, and there is no plan to upgrade to later. A partner institute never receives an invoice from WorkKar Global.

Manjushri Akolkar calls you within one working day and asks for the registration proof, the address, trainer credentials, a course outline and your batch schedule. We check the address on a map and speak to your contact person.

Usually two to three working days

Your courses go live

We publish them on courses.html exactly as you gave them to us: fee, duration, mode, next batch date, seats and the skills a student walks out with. You tell us when something changes and we update it.

Your students get support

Students who finish a listed course register free on the portal and add their certificate. Our consultants shortlist them for live mandates, run interview preparation and invite them to client drives in the Nashik belt.

There is no minimum number of students, no lock-in and no notice period worth arguing about: either side can stop, and your listings come down within two working days of you asking.

  • Interview preparation before the first round: what the employer actually asks, what to carry, and what the role pays in this district.
  • Invitations to client drives we run in Nashik and Pune, where your batch fits the brief the employer has given us.
  • A written outcome summary every quarter, counted from joinings the employer confirmed, with a named contact you can query it with.
  • A person to call. Manjushri Akolkar handles institute partnerships, Monday to Saturday, and you get her direct number.

What your institute provides

  • Accurate course pages. The real fee, the real duration, the real batch dates. A course you are not running comes down the week you tell us.
  • Training you stand behind. We send our clients students who can do the work. That is the whole basis of the arrangement.
  • Certificates we can check. Tell us how to confirm that a certificate is yours, so we are never the ones who passed on a fake.
  • No guaranteed placement claims. No promised salary, no hundred percent placement banner. Placement support is welcome, a guarantee is not.
  • Student consent before a name, photo or result of theirs is used in a listing, a testimonial or anything we publish.
  • One person we can call during working hours, so an employer asking about a batch on Tuesday gets an answer on Tuesday.

Registering, applying, résumé help and every course listing on this site are free to the candidate. No registration fee, no deposit, no training kit.

Partner institutes pay

Nothing

No listing fee, no renewal, no commission on the course fees you collect. Your students pay you directly, as they always did. We take no share of that.

Employers pay

On a placement

A recruitment fee, agreed in writing per engagement and invoiced after the candidate joins. That is the only money in this business. How our fees work.

Eligibility

Four things we check before your courses go up

We put our clients in front of your students, so we check who you are first. None of this is hard for a working institute, and we tell you what is missing rather than reject an application quietly.

A registered institute

A registration certificate, a shop and establishment licence, an Udyam registration or a GSTIN. Any one of them is enough. We also need an address we can find on a map, or a clear statement that you teach online only.

Bring: one registration document, the branch address, and the name on the board outside.

Trainer credentials

For each course you want listed, the trainer's name, qualification and years in the field. A CNC course taught by somebody who ran a shop floor for nine years is worth saying out loud, and it is the first thing an employer asks us.

Bring: a one line profile per trainer, and the course each of them teaches.

A course outline

What is covered, in what order, over how many weeks, on which tools or machines, and what a student can do on the last day that they could not do on the first. We publish this, so write it the way you would explain it to a parent.

Bring: the syllabus you already give students, plus the software or equipment used.

A batch schedule

Start dates, timing, seat count and mode for at least the next two batches. Seats and dates on a listing have to be true, because a student who travels from Sinnar for a batch that does not exist tells everybody about it.

Bring: your next two batch dates, the daily timing and the intake per batch.

What ends a partnership. Charging a student a fee in WorkKar's name. Advertising guaranteed placement or a guaranteed salary. A course listed at one fee and sold at another. Using a student's photo or result without their consent. We remove the listings first and talk about it afterwards.

Your certificate, where an employer can see it

Your institute issues the certificate, as it always did. What changes is that the student can attach it to a profile employers actually read, and that anyone holding one can check the reference on this site instead of ringing your office.

A student finds your course on our portal or walks into your branch. They enrol with you and pay your fee to you, in full or in instalments, on your terms. We are not in that transaction and we take nothing from it.

They attend your batch and learn on your equipment from your trainer. We do not sit in the classroom and we do not tell you how to teach. What we do is tell you what the employers on our desk have been asking for this quarter.

You issue the certificate at the end of the batch. The student registers free on workkarglobal.com and adds it to their profile, with your institute named beside the course, and we record the reference so it can be checked.

Our consultants search that pool when a client sends a requirement. The student who fits gets a call, interview preparation and a submission to the employer. If they join, the employer pays us. The student never does.

We are a young firm with a small desk, so we will not pretend that every student who registers gets placed. What we can say is how the process works and where it stops. Your student is considered for a mandate when the skills match and the employer's budget matches. If neither is true this month, they stay in the pool and we call them when it is.

How your course looks to a job seeker

A listing on our portal is not a directory entry. It sits next to the live jobs it prepares somebody for, so a candidate who is short on one skill can see the course that fixes it and the roles that open up afterwards.

Course name, fee, duration, mode, city, next batch date, seats and the skills taught. We write the listing from that and send it to you before it goes live.

It shows with the jobs it leads to

Each listing carries a live count of roles on our portal that ask for those skills. The number is computed from the job data, never typed in by us or by you.

Enquiries come straight to you

A student who wants that course gets your number and your branch address. We do not sit between you and your admission, and we do not charge you for the lead.

You keep it current

New batch date, fee revision, a course you have stopped running. Send it on WhatsApp and we update the listing, usually the same day.

One thing we will not do

We do not sell placement on this page. No institute can pay us to appear above another one, because nobody pays us anything. Listings are ordered by the next batch date and the category a student picked, and that is the whole ranking.

Course fees shown on a listing are set and collected by the institute. WorkKar Global takes no share of them and issues no invoice for a listing.

Outcome reporting

We report what happened, not what sounds good

Once a quarter you get a written summary of what happened to your students on our desk. It counts joinings the employer confirmed, shows offers separately, and carries no placement percentage, because we are a young firm and we will not publish a number we cannot stand behind.

A joining is confirmed by the employer

We count a placement when the hiring company tells us the candidate has joined and the invoice goes out. Nobody at WorkKar and nobody at your institute can add one by typing it in.

Offers stay in the offer column

A student who accepted and then did not join is shown as an offer, not a placement. That gap is the first thing a careful parent asks about, so we keep it visible on your summary.

No placement percentage

We print counts, not a percentage banner. A percentage needs a denominator somebody chose, and the ones you see on hoardings around Nashik were chosen very carefully indeed.
